Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but please be aware of our cancellation policy to avoid any misunderstandings.
NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS.

1. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER - Flight & Hotel Cancellation policies are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the respective Hotels or/and Flights. Please check with us BEFORE booking the trip, to avoid any inconvenience. Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date. 10% Service Charges ill be levied in case of any cancellation.
2. CANCELLATION BY TOURNAAMA - 100% of the Package amount is Refundable.
3. WEATHER & GOVT. RESTICTIONS - In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Terms & Conditions
​1. Payment & Booking - To confirm your booking with Tournaama, a non-refundable booking amount is required at the time of reservation. All packages are subject to change based on real-time availability and pricing at the time of FULL payment. Any updates related to your package, such as changes in hotels, airlines, or itinerary, will be provided as soon as possible. Full payment of the trip cost must be completed atleast 5 working days before the trip begins. We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you. Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
2. Property Damage and Maintenance - Clients are responsible for maintaining the quality of accommodations provided. Any damage caused to property, including furniture or the surrounding environment, must be avoided. Clients are expected to follow responsible tourism guidelines, including cleanliness in both public and private spaces.
3. Safety and Participation in Activities - All activities, including adventure sports, are undertaken at the client's own risk. Clients are responsible for taking necessary precautions and complying with safety instructions. Tournaama is not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained during these activities.
4. Travel Insurance and Medical Expenses - Tournaama will not be responsible for any accidents, mishaps, or medical expenses during the trip. Clients are advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and other liabilities at their own expense. If a trip is terminated due to the client's own behavior, any additional costs for return or alternative arrangements will be borne solely by the client.
5. Drugs and Narcotics - Tournaama neither encourages nor provides any illegal drugs or narcotics. Should a client choose to engage in substance abuse, they do so entirely at their own risk. Tournaama is not liable for any consequences arising from such behavior, including legal or personal repercussions.
6. Missed Transfers & Timelines - Tournaama is not liable for missed transfers or itinerary elements due to the client's negligence. Clients must adhere to the scheduled timeline. No refunds will be given for missed activities or transfers due to client tardiness. No refunds will be made for any trip inclusions not availed by the client. Travelers must report to the pickup point 10 minutes before scheduled transfer - the driver will not wait for more than 5 minutes for Sharing and 10 minutes for Private transfers.
7. Unforeseeable Conditions - Tournaama is not responsible for any delays, alterations, or cancellations of the trip caused by natural disasters, political instability, war, or other unforeseen circumstances. No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes caused by such events. Clients are responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to disruptions caused by these issues.
8. Operation & Amendments - There will be a service charge of 10% on total value in case of cancellation of Land and 5% on total value for any amendments. Hotel room allocation will be subject to availability and will be on a first come first serve basis. All the communication during the tour will be done on WhatsApp or Telegram - please make sure to have an active internet connection on the number provided to us for communication, to facilitate the same. Tournaama reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road closures, political unrest, natural calamities, or safety issues or as per real time conditions. Tournaama is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident. Tournaama is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don’t reach the destination on time.
